Both principals of the firm worked for and helped create LegalMatch.com, one of the largest attorney matching sites in the nation. Thier  Duties included managing the marketing efforts (which included an extensive pay-per-click spend, SEO, and affiliate site linking) and eventually running the company (serving as CEO).  After a failed attempt to purchase the company the team moved on.

Casepost.com

Both Principals contracted and supported a fledgling competitor of LegalMatch.com and built the company to a significant position in the legal space.  This included all PPC, SEO, direct mail, radio, and the some of the first forays into extensive blog postings and PR.  An extensive network of affiliate marketing was implemented which accounted for a significant amount of incoming casework.  The majority ownership was sold and the principals of MFA moved on to new opportunities.

Handel On the Law

While working with Casepost, an affiliate agreement was reached with the most popular law talk show in America, Handel on the Law. All site development, and the marketing of the national sales effort, were assumed by the principals who are now running MFA.

LegalZoom.com

While working with Casepost, the CEO of MFA worked extensively with LegalZoom.com.  He learned some of the most successful and powerful systems for marketing on the internet.  LegalZoom today is the premier provider of “do-it-yourself” legal services. Robert Shapiro is one of the owners, and the “voice” of LegalZoom today.

Affordable Abogado

One of the first Spanish legal matching services was designed and launched by the MFA team. The team created and developed one of the first Hispanic legal talk radio shows,  “Encuentre’ un Abogado”.  The show aired on UniVision and provided a mechanism for the Spanish speaking community to obtain legal assistance. All promotional efforts for this site were handled by the MFA team. This included the production of many on-site events, print campaigns, and of course an extensive internet marketing program.

MFA’s CEO conducted a complete site re-design and conversion strategy for this popular, national attorney communication site.  Ask a Lawyer enjoys a unique position in the client matching arena.

The Parman Law Group

The MFA principals managed a $200,000 per month TV, Radio, Direct Mail and Internet campaign for one of the largest law firms in Southern California.  Complete website design for 3 subsidiary companies were designed and launched, along with a sophisticated Pay Per Click strategy and an inbound call tracking system.

Global Creditors Network

Global Creditors Network manages one of the largest creditor rights attorney networks in the country. The principals of MFA developed a complete direct mail, email, and automated phone call system to launch this company into prominence in the collection/litigation world.

Branding Logix

Branding Logix was formed to dominate the Auto Warranty Industry.  The MFA team was called upon to assist them in becoming the “good housekeeping” seal for creditable warranty companies who were operating in a world of charlatans.  This was accomplished with a sophisticated strategy of National Television, Radio, and an extensive array of internet sites. Over 2,300 internet pages were created to capture traffic from every type of car eligible for the program in America.  The company was profitable from the first month of its launch.
