Ask A Question Module

This is strictly for attorneys who wish to actively participate with their site users. This theory is proven time and again with sites such as AskALawyer.com (built by MFA) and LawGuru.com (Our buddies). A user asks a question, providing a topic to be discussed which is great as well, and the attorney is given the opportunity to answer that question and publish both on the website.

The attorney that is willing to answer a question regarding his/her area of law, but is not willing to log into the system and learn how to use it, will find use in the Email-To-Post feature of the Ask A Question module. A question comes into your email, you simply reply to it the best you can, and both question and answer are published to the Ask A Question area of your site.

* MFA does not offer ghost writing services for this feature. This is only for attorneys who wish to participate

Landing Page Template & Page Creation

Landing pages are a must for your overall efforts. These pages are extremely simple, with a video, a contact form, a small paragraph of information, and your phone number. Do you own some extra domains that you are not sure what to do with? Create a landing page on your main site using your landing page template, and direct the domain name to that page! Additionally, this is the page that should be used should the client choose to use Pay Per Click advertising. This landing page will be aimed at getting a user to contact the firm. There will be one very small link to the main site, as these pages are strictly focused on having the user contact your firm.

Creation of landing pages thereafter (minimum 10):

Generally, this is where we begin with our marketing efforts. This package provides the basic platforms that will be needed to begin marketing efforts for your site.

A constant drip of content [keeping it fresh] is quite possibly what your site needs most. We identify and have you approve a list of 30 articles to be published at the rate of 2 per week on your firm blog, focused on your practice area and firm interests.

Monthly Blog Moderation and Website Maintenance

Your website should not be considered a static thing. Ongoing changes may need to occur, new graphics in the sidebar, etc… MFA is here to help you with any ongoing need for your website. We can do things like add event calendars, create PDF plugins, etc… More extensive things like a client log in system can be created as well which steps more into the development wing of MFA.

Writing articles and then submitting them to article directories is one of the most tried and true practices of SEO. We handle it all for you, from start to finish. We analyze your practice area, and create articles based on relevant materials. Another secret of SEO is avoiding duplicate content penalties. We can create up to 100 variations of your article in order to make your articles most effective.

Comment and submission to legal and network related sites – over 1,390,000 sites and pages are in our personal search engine that have to do with law, and that are actively looking for people to comment on their site. For this comment, the site owner is willing to give us a link. This is a major part of what is known as 1-way link building (versus a reciprocal link exchange), as you gain a link to your site without having to give one up.

Social Bookmarking

Social bookmarking sites provide valuable netscapes in which we can place links to EVERY page of EVERY channel we market on. As we will potentially be building hundreds of pages, social bookmarking should be used for each of those social profiles we create, each page of your website, your You Tube channel…every bit of your network online can and should be social bookmarked. It provides links and exposure, both from users and search engines. These are then all “pinged”, providing activity noticed by search engines. Two pages are marketed at a time – for larger packages please contact us. No more than any 10 pages are recommended to be bookmarked within a weeks time.

Video Creation & Marketing Services

Videos are created for each of your practice areas and sub practice areas. These are added to your site, adding robustness and emotional impact, and are also used to market your practice on video marketing sites like You Tube and Veoh, which, when properly optimized, will rank on Google for your keywords. This provides yet another path for visitors to find you.

Creation: $400 plus cost of stock footage (usually around $200)

More than 5 videos: $300 per

We will create a large banner urging the user to visit the client site. Once this ad has been created, there is no additional cost to post it to any Micro Blog or Social Profile we create for you.

Toll Free and Local Number Call Tracking
Using a trackable TFN (Toll Free Number) or local number for your site provides analytics regarding which marketing efforts are providing the best results.We can provide both TFNs and local numbers and a dashboard that tracks calls, and even records them if you like. Running a Yellow Page ad, or a bill board? Spend a few dollars per month and have a phone number that directly corresponds with that effort. We of course use them for the website itself, but we can also break it down to any infinite level you like. For example, each social profile such as your Facebook page could use a different TFN to provide maximum granularity in your reporting.
